University Card (One Card)
The university card is an important identity card which should be carried all the time, which can be used to borrow books, enter the sports center, buy water and electricity for dorm and so on. You can recharge it after activation, and use your card to eat in the student canteen, buy things in supermarket inside the university.
Medical
NPU can provide basic medical services at the university hospital. When you fall ill, you can bring your university card to the hospital for medical appointment. Also several other hospitals are located around the university, such as Shaanxi Province People’s hospital (Sheng Ren Min Yi Yuan), which are good hospitals with comprehensive medical facilities for scholars to choose.
Post Offices
If you need to send a letter to family, there is an EMS post office in the South gate. For visiting scholars, if there is an important mail delivered to you, please write the address as follows.
